- 'Is Required' field validation fixed.
- "Please select an Item" added to the first dropdown list.

otherwise you're getting "Cannot complete this action.Please try again." in the SiteURL Field, when you change the list and SiteURL <> CurrentSite

I wanted to have possibility to select nothing (works with fields that are not required)

replaced with
if (string.IsNullOrEmpty(txtSiteURL.Text) && !string.IsNullOrEmpty(parentSiteUrl))

otherwise you you can't change the source list (comment on http://datacogs.com/datablogs/archive/2007/08/26/641.aspx)
